Dear Tug Hill Challenge participants:

Due to the impending forecast of an inch+ of rain on Thursday with little snow accumulation and well below freezing temperatures, the Tug Hill Challenge race committee has decided to cancel this year's Tug Hill Challenge out of concern for the safety of the dogs and drivers.

Drivers will receive a refund for your race registration(s). Please remember to cancel any hotel/lodging reservations to prevent any excess fees.

The Tug Hill Challenge is one of the northeast's premiere sprint sled dog races, and the dogs and drivers deserve to have the trail and the experience we all love and know.

We hope you have a successful rest of your race season, and we hope to see you next year.

Sincerely,

Ronald Klepadlo
