Board Elections
Elections will be held for the positions of President, Treasurer, and two Board of Directors. These are the following Candidate Statements:
Johnn Molburg: "I have been asked, and I humbly accept the honor to seek a second term as President of the Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club. In the past two years the board has emerged as a well functioning, enthusiastic group of volunteers who enjoy and have fun working to support the club and it's activities. I look forward to continuing my role with the club."
Jessica Borman: "I have had the pleasure of being treasurer for the past few years. I am looking forward to another term in order to help the club be more successful."
Dan Rehak: "I am a current PSDC Board member, and would be pleased to continue working with the Club and Community. I'd like the club to continue to work with the rec and small team drivers and to provide opportunities for training and educational events in addition to racing and to help develop new race and educational events. I've also been advising and supporting the club on a variety of "technology" issues."
Steve Fox: "My name is Steve Fox and I am seeking the position of Board Member for the Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club. I have over 15 years of mid-distance, open class and limited sprint racing experience across the United States and Canada. My family and I enjoy mentoring people in the sport and sharing our knowledge. I believe the relationships I have built in the greater sled dog community would be an asset to the club. Thank you for your consideration."
Chris Jacobs: "It has been my pleasure to serve on the PSDC Board for the past 4 years. I have always kept the club's best interests in mind, and I believe that I have made responsible decisions. I hope you will consider voting for me again because I feel that we have many opportunities to promote our club and sport. I appreciate your confidence this far, and will serve our club to the best of my ability in the future."
