The Sangerfield, NY race committee met tonight and cancelled the 2016 American Heroes Race. Unfortunately, the weather never cooperated this year.  Dud Browning, Johnn and I will be touch with them to discuss a race for 2017.

Adult Fun Run (2 mile loop)

Adult classes will be grouped and include ISDRA sanctioned, PureBreed and Sportsman. Mileage of approx 8, 6, 4, and 2 miles. 100 yard dash for Pee Wee.

 Regarding the 2 mile Fun Run: this trail features some hilly terrain. We wanted to offer an option for recreational or novice drivers who may not be ready for the 4 mile course. Drivers with older dog or young teams who again may not be ready for 4 miles on hills; this class is for you. Both sleds (2 to 4 dogs) and skijorers (1 to 2 dogs) may enter this class.
