Trail Information:
• This race is being held at a XC ski center. The trails are mostly grass, with short sections of dirt/sand. It is a challenging, hilly course with 240 ft elevation gain for the 2.2 mile course and 140 ft elevation gain for the 1.4 mile course. HJowever, the 1 mile course is fairly flat.
• The distances are 2.2 miles for wheeled classes (except 1-dog scooter); 1.4 miles for juniors, canicross, and 1-dog scooter; and 1.0 mile for the Saturday-only “Fun Run” class.

Junior Classes: ISDRA sanctioned: Wheels and canicross: Juniors may choose bike, rig or scooter and will run together in one event. There will be overall winners of the class, however for points purposes, results will be reported to ISDRA by vehicle type for standings purposes. Please contact the race organizer if you have questions.
Fun Run: Saturday only, 1.0 mile.
Class order will be posted by Friday 6pm.
Start times will be posted on the Facebook event later on Friday evening.
Registration Information:
PSDC membership is required for all participants.
Entry Fees: Pro $45 / Registered Breed $45 / Sportsman $35 / Junior $20 /Fun Run $15.
Entries close Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. EST. No late entries! All entries will be via Event Byte. No phone, email, social media, or fax entries will be accepted.
In the event that the race is cancelled, class registration fees will be refunded except club membership and the Bytepro fee. No changes to registration will occur after registration closes.
Registered Breed Information:
Registered Breed drivers must submit paperwork here by Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. EST for review by the Registered Breed Officials. Registered Breed drivers who do not submit paperwork before the deadline will automatically race in the Pro/All Breed class. Paperwork should be readily available on race day for further review.
Dogs who have raced and been registered with PSDC from 2017-2024 do not need to be resubmitted.
Registered Breeds must be AKC/CKC/UKC Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, or Samoyeds. PAL/ILP dogs may run in the All Breed or Sport classes.
Other Race Weekend Information:
Park in your same spot for Day 1 and Day 2. WE WILL ASSIGN PARKING LOCATIONS WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN AN EFFORT TO PLACE THE LARGER DOG TEAMS CLOSER TO THE START CHUTE). There is plenty of room to camp in a nice grassy area.
Lodging/Food:
Camping is available on-site for participants: You need to reserve camping on the Byte Event registration page.
We will have food vendors for breakfast and lunch both days. PSDC will sponsor a pot-luck supper on Saturday night.
There is a nice bar/restaurant 1/4 mile away from the site for food on Friday evening.
There are numerous nearby Airbnb and cabin rentals available.
We will have water available on site for dogs and people.
PSDC Policies:
PSDC Membership required to race.
All drivers in any dryland wheeled class shall wear an adequate and properly-fitted helmet and protective eyewear.
A snub line is required for rig classes.
All dogs must be on leash at all PSDC events.
Clean up after your dogs properly.
No sick dogs shall be brought to a race. All dogs shall be up to date on all relevant vaccines.
Awards Policy:
All contestants who have won awards at PSDC events must be present at the designated awards ceremony to receive his/her awards. If the winner cannot be present, it is the award winner's responsibility to designate a person to pick up award(s) and to notify the race organizer that a substitution is being made. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the monies not being awarded. Monies will go back into the general fund and will be added to the club's contribution the following year.
