Friday, July 19th

5:00 p.m. - Meet-and-Greet Social - Dining Hall Area

  • Bring your own beveridges and snacks to the dining area.

7:30 p.m. - PSDC Board Meeting 

Saturday, July 20th

7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Silent Auction Open! - Dining Hall

All Day - Junior (or anyone) Craft Area

7:00-8:30 a.m. - Breakfast - Dining Hall

  • Reservations suggested for planning

  • Scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, hash browns, toast, coffee, and orange juice

  • $7 for adults, $4 for children age 5 and under

8:00-9:30 a.m. - Calcutta - Dining Hall

  • Come bid on your favorite team and possibly win some money! The team and driver are announced, and the bidding begins. Once bidding closes, a handicap is drawn (1-5 seconds). This number is then subtracted from the driver's time. Money is given to the winning bidders in each category. All monies must be paid before start of race.

10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - Drag Race, Sourdough Race, and Dog Food Challenge - Lawn near the camp store

  • Drag Race--with bikes, scooters, gigs, or runners (canicross)--pulled by sled dogs of various breeds. Dog trucks can be parked near the store. Spectators welcome!

  • Sourdough Race begins after the Drag Race. Bring a sleeping bag, clothes to put on over "sleep clothes", shoes, scooter, bike, or rig, dog handler, harness, and gangline.

  • Dog Food Challenge sponsored by Annamaet Petfoods: Bring your muscles!

12:00-1:00 p.m. - Lunch (on your own) 

  • Walk around, meet the mushers, see racing equipment, training, breeds, questions/answers

1:00 - 2:00 p.m. - Musher Olympics

2:30 p.m. - Paint your Pet Activity!

  • Bring a picture of your dog and a sense of fun and creativity! Art supplies will be provided by the club. Cost is $5.

4:00-5:00 p.m. - Demo on Dog Enrichment by Melissa Armstrong

  • A bin of activities will be available for interaction with dogs.

6:00 p.m. - Community Dinner - Dining Hall

  • Rich's Famous Chicken BBQ, cooked on the "Chickenator 2000"!!

  • Reservations required for the dinner platter!

  • $12 per platter includes: 1/2 grilled chicken, corn on the cob, and baked beans.

  • $6 kid's platter includes: 1/4 grilled chicken, corn on the cob, and baked beans.

  • Please bring a side dish to share as well as serving utensil. Please take with you after dinner. Brownies, cookies, and cake will be provided by PSDC.

  • Provide your own beverages.

  • Plates and eating utensils will be provided by PSDC.

  • All welcome to join covered dish dinner, but must have reservations for chicken/corn platter.

7:00 p.m. - Silent Auction Closes, Gag Awards, Race Awards, and Thank Yous - Dining Hall

8:30 p.m. - Community Campfire - All are welcome! - Location TBA

  • Bring your best stories and have a great time! Smores fixing will be provided.
