2018 PSDC Fall Campout

I'm sorry to say there's bad news about this weekend's PSDC Fall Campout and Meeting. Event Organizer Luwanna Krause can not attend due to family health emergency. That, coupled with the predicted wet weather, has led to the decision to cancel the camp-out and meals portion of the weekend.

We will not be offering any camping or sleep-over options. We will not be offering the scheduled breakfasts and/or the turkey dinner. All those who pre-registered will be reimbursed.

You may still train your team on Saturday, if you wish. Please note that helmets are required.

We will still be having a Board Meeting, the General Membership Meeting and Silent Auction. This will all take place on Saturday . We're working on organizing a pot-luck lunch on Saturday - please check in on the club's Facebook page . We'll try and post who is bringing what.

I urge all club members and interested mushers to attend this Saturday. This 2018 and 2019 races will be discussed and we will be selecting an Election Committee for next spring's elections. It will be fun to visit over lunch, catch up on everybody's training this fall and talk about this winter's races.
